Road users should be aware that traffic will be heavier than usual on State Highway 1 between Taupō and Tūrangi and on State Highway 41 from tomorrow morning, Thursday 25 September until Monday 29 September for the tangihanga of Sir Tumu te Heuheu, the ariki and paramount chief of Ngāti Tūwharetoa.
