Road users are being warned of potential delays after a crash on State Highway 74/Queen Elizabeth II Drive in Christchurch.

The crash happened about 1km east of the Marshland Rd intersection, and reports from emergency services at the scene were that the road was at least partially blocked.

People are encouraged to avoid the area while the crash is still being dealt with, and to consider using an alternative route.
