The weather may impact travel across the Auckland Harbour Bridge this afternoon and into the evening, with high winds forecast between 3pm and 8pm today, Friday 5 June.

Wind gusts may reach 75-85 km/h over the bridge at times and coincide with potential thunderstorms.

All drivers are reminded to drive to the conditions and pay attention to electronic message boards on the motorway, which will advise of any lane closures and speed limit reductions.
