Northcote Road overbridge (local road) will be closed eastbound over State Highway 1 (SH1) from Monday 1 to Thursday 4 June between 9pm and 5am for bridge joint repairs.

The detour is via Taharoto Road, Fred Thomas Drive, Esmonde Road, Akoranga Drive and Northcote Road.

People can still travel westbound over the bridge, but please be mindful of workers.

Nearby properties may experience increased noise levels.

This work is weather dependent and may change from advertised dates.

A contingency shift has been scheduled for Monday 8 June.
