A stretch of State Highway 2 at Waipawa River Bridge will be under overnight stop/go from next Sunday for regular maintenance of the bridge joints.

The bridge will be reduced to one lane and stop/go traffic management in place for 5 nights from Sunday 8 June. 

The work will take place each night between 7pm and 6am. The work is expected to finish at 6am Friday 13 June.

Drivers may experience delays of 5 to 10 minutes.
