A crash at the State Highway 1 Rakaia Bridge is partially blocking the highway and affecting the flow of traffic.

The crash happened just north of the river, on SH1/Main South Road. Emergency services are attending and managing traffic, and road users are advised to expect delays when travelling in this area.
