Saddle Road has reopened following a serious crash earlier this evening.

The road,  between Woodville and Ashhurst, closed just after 5pm.

The Serious Crash Unit has now finished its scene investigation. The crashed truck remains off to the side of the road and will be recovered during daylight hours.

While the road is now open, please drive to the conditions and expect delays while congestion eases.
