Saddle Road will close temporarily in the early hours of Saturday morning (10 May) for truck recovery.

The road, between Woodville and Ashhurst, will close at 5am tomorrow (Saturday) and is expected to reopen at 7am.

The truck, which crashed yesterday evening just after 5pm, will remain on the side (in the shoulder) of the road until tomorrow morning.

Road users will be detoured onto Pahiatua Track during this closure.
