Road users can expect night-time delays as stormwater improvement works are carried out on State Highway 1 (SH1) between the State Highway 2 (SH2) interchange and Razorback Road, Pōkeno.

The works will take place between Sunday 27 September and Thursday 8 October (excluding Friday and Saturday nights) between 9pm and 5am.

To carry out these works safely and efficiently, there will be lane restrictions on SH1 northbound between the SH2 interchange and Razorback Road.

The following ramps and links will also be closed during the works:

• where SH2 links with SH1, heading north
• where SH1 links with SH2, heading east
• razorback Road northbound on ramp.

Signposted detours will be in place.

Nearby properties may experience increased noise while the team complete the work.
