State Highway 3 Te Ahu a Turanga; Manawatū-Tararua Highway has reopened.

The road, between Woodville and Ashhurst, closed earlier today due to ice and dangerous driving conditions.

A 50 km/h temporary speed limit will remain in place for now for westbound traffic heading towards Ashhurst.
