Road users are being asked to avoid State Highway 93/Old Coach Road between Mataura and Otaraia in Southland after a crash this evening.

Emergency services are at the scene of the crash on SH93 near the intersection with Cameron Road.

People are encouraged to delay their travel, or to use an alternative route as directed on site.
