4.10pm – Roads clear after crash hold-up

The intersection of State Highway 79/Geraldine-Fairlie Highway and Gudex Road, in South Canterbury, has now been cleared after a multi-vehicle crash.

Traffic congestion has eased through the area, but road users are still asked to travel with care through the intersection.  

3.40pm – Crash impacting traffic in South Canterbury

A multi-vehicle crash at the intersection of State Highway 79/Geraldine-Fairlie Highway and Gudex Road, in South Canterbury, this afternoon is impacting traffic.

Emergency services are at the crash scene, and road users are asked to delay their travel or use an alternative route.
