State Highway 60 has reopened following a serious crash on the route earlier today. The highway was closed for approximately eight hours while the incident was being resolved.

Detour routes are in place following a serious crash south of Motueka on State Highway 60 this afternoon. The highway is now closed between Harley Road and Robinson Road while emergency services manage the incident

The two-vehicle crash, which occurred near intersection of Easton Loop, was reported shortly before 3 pm.
